REQUIREMENTS FOR LATERAL UNDERGROUND CROSSINGS THROUGH THE FULL WIDTH OF HLC CORRIDORS

Due to planned activity and expansion in Hawkeye Land Co.’s easement corridors, unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, any underground utility/facility must be (1) No less than 14 feet below railroad track; AND (2) Encased in Schedule 80 steel pipe conduits.

• Underground bore must travel no less than 14 feet below surface through the full width of Hawkeye Easement corridor
• HLC requires an encasement pipe of Schedule 80 steel casing pipe
